Just wanted to update all on where we stand. Weather has been favorable for the last few days and started to “wake up” all of the contractors. TDI plans to start the final push on Monday with an expected 3 week finish. Leibold Irrigation hopes to be in by Thursday of next week and will finish the irrigation work in about a week time frame. Keystone Tar & Chip, the company who will be applying Chip Seal, has delivered some equipment and will be delivering material over the next few days. As they begin the chip seal process we will start on the completed paths on the front nine and ultimately end the process at the clubhouse/ cart staging area.
The next few weeks will be busy with contractors in and out of the course but the quicker we can get them out the quicker we can focus on conditioning the back nine for play this summer.
Turf health looks great coming out of the winter and we are excited for spring to hit! New equipment arrives today and work carts have been onsite for about a week. The first of our seasonal staff starts on Monday and everything will slowly start to come back together!
See you on the course soon!
